In Sell, there are a number of fields and columns that are automatically populated with information, based on an activity or event. These activities include when you close a deal, add a note to Sell, or when you last communicated with a lead or contact. These fields are called standard calculated fields. Some fields are on the Leads, Contacts, and Deals pages, and others are available in views and smart lists.
Use the reference tables in this article to understand the standard calculated fields in Sell, and which activity or event automatically updates the field.

|Clicks in My Last Email||Number of times a contact or lead have clicked the links you included in an email.|
|Days Awaiting My Response||Number of days that you have not responded to a lead or contact who tried to contact you.|
|Days I'm Awaiting Contact Response||Number of days you've been waiting for a response since you last emailed, texted, or called a contact.|
|Days Since Last Communication||Number of days since you communicated with a lead or contact (voice, text, or email). This information includes both incoming and outgoing communication with the lead or contact, from the rep who last made contact, and the type of communication that was used.|

Note: The Last Activity Date doesn't update for tasks created or objects that've been edited, created, or tagged.

|My Last Outgoing Text||Date of most recent text message you sent to a lead or contact.|
|My Texts Without Contact Response||Number of text messages you've sent without a response from a contact.|
|My Texts Without Lead Response||Number of text messages you've sent without a response from a lead.|
|Next Task||Next due task information including the type of task, when it's due, and who it's assigned to.|
|Actionable||The number of overdue tasks or unread emails associated with that lead, contact, or deal.|
|Views of My Last Email||Number of times a contact or lead opened an email you sent.|

Is there any field to identify on lead/contact/deal who last modified this record?
Or any api to find that 'some custom field' was last modified by 'some user' at 'some time'.
