You can edit the custom field and tag settings for your prospects and customers.
To define and edit prospects and customers settings
- Click the Settings icon (), then select Customize > Prospects and Customers.
On the Prospects and customers settings page, you can define and edit the following settings.
Custom fields - Add custom fields for capturing more information about your prospects and customers (see Creating and managing custom fields).
Tags - Add tags to categorize and filter your prospects and customers (see Adding and managing tags).
Note: If a Sell user with admin rights allows it, all other Sell users can also add tags for prospects and customers.
