How can I find a list of all users currently using an agent license on my account?

Answer

Any admin can see a complete list of agents in the account by navigating to the Team members page in Admin Center. Filters can be applied on the Team members page for a more granular scope of your agents and admins.

To filter your Team members 

  1. In Admin Center, click People in the sidebar, then select Team > Team members
  2. Click the Filter button.
  3. A side panel will appear to the right of the screen. There you can filter based on Product and role and also the Last sign-in.
  4. Click Apply filters and a list of agents populates.

You can also use the Search Users API end-point to get a list of agents in a JSON format file.
