You can easily change your password in your user profile. Be sure to follow the password security best practices when resetting your password.
Admins can send a reset password link for users to reset their password (see Resetting user passwords).
Changing your password
You can change your password in your profile.
If your password expires before you've had a chance to change it, you'll be redirected to a forgot password flow when you try to sign in.
To change your password
- Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page header, then select
View profile.
If you're using omnichannel routing, you will see View profile just below your agent status.

- Click the Security Settings tab.

- Click Change in the Password section.
- Enter your Current password, enter your New password, then enter the new
password again to Verify new password.
The new passwords must match or else your password is not saved.
- Click Save.
Your password is updated and you are signed out. You'll need to sign in again with your new password. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your password has changed.
