Where can I change the account name in Support?

Amend the name that appears in Zendesk by using the steps below:
Account and email notification name
Your account name is populating in the page tab next to the favicon from your agent interface and, by default, in the subject line of the email notifications sent from your account. To change that name, follow the instructions in this article: Branding the agent interface.
Brand name
If you have multiple brands, change the name of a brand from Admin Center > Brand management > Brands > Select the brand for which you want to change the name > Add a name under Brand name and select the Save changes button. Help center name
