    I changed my Zendesk account name, but now the URL of zendesk has changed to the child company URL rather than our parent company do I change this?

    Hi Denise,

    If it's not working for you, select the arrow to the right. Once you noticed the background color of the hex code changed and it's the color you prefer, click save on the bottom of the page.

    I am interested in adding support/ticketing functionality to my application for my customers to use. If I have 20 customers, is it possible for me to white-label Zendesk to my brand and setup separate instances for each of my customers where they can also add their branding for tickets in their instance? Thanks.

    Depending on your current subscription, the multibrand feature is available for the following plans:
    • Suite Growth and Professional includes up to five brands.
    • Suite Enterprise and Enterprise Plus includes up to 300 brands.
    • Support Enterprise includes up to five brands.
