You can brand your Zendesk agent interface with a favicon, the small icon that appears next to the title of a page in a browser tab. For example, here's how the Zendesk favicon looks:
To add a favicon to your agent interface and end-user portal
- In Admin Center, click the Account icon (
) in the sidebar, then select Appearance > Branding.

the Favicon section, click Choose
File,
and
then
select the image you want to use. You can use .ico
or .jpg file formats, .svg file formats are not supported.
- Be sure to pick a square image that is the same number of pixels high as it is wide (for example, 20x20).
- Remember to pick something simple and recognizable that will be easy to see even if it appears very small in the user's browser.
- Click Save tab at the bottom of the page.

Is there a way to upload a favicon for both light and dark mode browsers?
Natively, you are only allowed to upload one favicon.
I was able to add a favicon for Support, can you also add one for Sell?
Currently there is not a way to do so for Sell, but you can post this as a feature in our feedback forum. Our Product Team reviews this forum regularly and it has inspired many of the enhancements we've made to Zendesk over the years.
