What has changed?
In the previous versions of the Android app, tapping on the 'Serve incoming request' button would take you to the chat screen and you would then need to tap on the 'Join chat' button to actually join the incoming chat.
As of version 1.1.2, the button will now say 'Serve request' and tapping on it will join the chat request and the keyboard will come up. This saves one additional tap to start a conversation with the visitor.
Why change the behaviour?
This ensures that the behaviour is consistent with the 'Serve request' button behaviour on the web dashboard.
If you or your agents want to look at a chat without joining from the Android app, you can still do so with the same number of taps by tapping on the specific incoming request in the Visitor List vs. tapping on the 'Serve request' button.
