We're excited to announce custom pages - the latest addition to help center's customization capabilities. You can now create custom pages with customizable URLs that can help you share more types of information with your users through your help center.
Custom pages are basic constructs that are programmable using HTML, Curlybars, Javascript and CSS, making them a powerful tool for developers who are looking to build new functionality. Developers can manage and test custom pages in source code repositories, their local environments, and in Zendesk sandboxes.
This announcement answers the following questions:
What are custom pages?
Located in the theme editor of the help center, custom pages let you create and code pages from scratch that you can place anywhere in your help center. For example, you can use custom pages to create quality customer engagement such as:
- Landing pages for specific audiences
- Interactive flows that guide the user to the right request form
- Browsable catalogs of products or services
- Lead generation or newsletter signup forms
- A page that embeds an event calendar
Custom pages offer a new type of content that’s built into the codebase of the help center theme, which you can assign a specific URL to at the time of development. You can embed the URL for a custom page within any type of page in your help center. Visitors to that page can click the link to go directly to your custom page.
Custom pages don’t replace existing content objects such as articles or posts, but instead provide a meaningful way for developers to make basic changes to the sitemap and scope of a help center.
Why did we build it?
Help centers usually require pages that are specific to the industry and audience of your business. When standard pages do not contain the elements that meet these requirements, you can create custom pages that will.
Custom pages gives you the flexibility to create pages that meet your specific needs, by extending the scope of your help center beyond the core features of customer support, knowledge base, and community.
Who can use custom pages?
Custom pages are available to Suite Enterprise and Guide Enterprise customers. To learn more about custom pages see Creating custom pages in help center.

Sounds great! I hope it would be a great tool
Great!!
Awesome feature! Most clients want to create specific content for their special audience, now it's easy. They can create custom pages and add the URL onto standard pages with some conditions.
Hey everyone,
Great feature!
Could you please share a few custom pages examples to give ideas to the article writers and Support teams ? :)
Cheers,
Giovanni
Hi Giovanni!
It's great to see that you like the new feature! At this time, we don't provide examples of custom pages, as it's entirely up to you how you want to leverage this new feature and what kind of pages you'd like to build in your Help Centre. Therefore, by default, the custom page is provided blank and you're free to choose how you want to customise it!
We do provide many resources to create a custom page for the Zendesk template language though, also known as Curlybars, as well as HTML, CSS and JavaScript - please take a look at them in this Help Centre article: Creating custom pages in your help center.

Hey Dailymotion Support
I work for a Master Zendesk Partner and we build a quick demo page on Custom Pages here as a proof of concept:
https://support.premiumplus.tech/hc/p/assets
It's an Asset Catalog that integrates with an external database to show a list of coffee machines.
A customer or employee can browse the catalog, choose a device and see it's specifications, warranty, photo,...
There is a 'Create Ticket' button that opens the Support Forms and pre-fills the device ID.
Pretty basic, but a handy starting point to start conversations with our customers.
