I want to sort email communication activity across all users by the time a lead or contact viewed or clicked into an email sent from a sales representative in Zendesk Sell. What are my options?
Answer
There is no filter option for "Click date" in smart lists across multiple clients. To view the date a client clicked into an email, open the individual lead, contact, or deal card instead.
As an alternative, you can add a field in a smart list for Days Since Last Communication to sort for the most recent or the oldest communication sent. You can also use the Communication Center instead of a smart list to view all visible communication activity sorted by date.
