I own both a Support account and a Sell account. Can I transfer the ownership of my Support account to one of my Sell users?
Answer
You can only transfer the ownership for a Support account to a user that is has an administrator role in the Support product. For more information, see the articles:
Note: Users that only have a Sell role will be listed with a Contributor role in Support. If the user you are trying to select is a Sell-only user their name will not appear as an option when changing account ownership.
