Can I grant a user access to my Sell account only? Can I restrict someone's access to just the Sell product? Can my salesperson access Sell and no other Zendesk products? If I am a Sell user, does that mean I must occupy another Zendesk license as well?
Answer
Sell users and Sell admins can access the Support product as a Contributor. Even if you plan for your Sell users to only work in the Sell product, they will need restricted access to login to Zendesk Support.
Note: Sell account owners will occupy a seat both in Sell and Support/Suite plans.
Note: Adding a person to your Sell account only requires you to add one seat to your Sell subscription. Their Contributor role in Support will be set automatically and will not cost you an extra seat on your Support subscription.
