How do I indicate the urgency of my issue when I contact Zendesk?

    We have changed our primary domain from @ilhealthagents.com to @ihealthagents.com
     
    When I login to ZD using Google SSO, I am getting an error message I do not have permissions to access tickets or admin settings.
     
    Please advise how to restore ryan@ihealthagents.com as the primary admin with full permissions.
