    I have a Trigger that will reopen a ticket when the Side Conversation is replied to.

    Question: Will this trigger reopen the ticket if it's solved or closed as well?

    Hi Shona, 

    The trigger will reopen the solved ticket but unfortunately, no other action will apply to a closed ticket. Closed tickets are locked. They can't be reopened or updated in any way. More information may be found here: What is the difference between a Solved ticket and a Closed ticket?
