Issue symptoms
I cannot transfer Chat admin permissions to another user, my chat-only subscription only has one user seat.
Resolution steps
When a standalone Chat account has only one user seat on the subscription, adding a temporary user seat to the account is necessary to facilitate the permissions transfer. To add a temporary user seat, connect with Zendesk Customer Support.
