Managing API connections for Flow Builder

Fastpath: Admin Center > Apps and integrations > Connections > Connections

A connection lets you safely store API credentials for a service or system, such as Slack or Shopify. Connections are created and managed in Admin Center from the Connections page. You must be an admin to manage connections.

Editing and managing connections

Admins can view, edit, and delete connections in Admin Center. After a connection is created, you can't change its name, authentication type, or allowed domain.

To view a connection

1. In Admin Center, click Apps and integrations in the sidebar, then select Connections > Connections.
2. Find the connection in the list, and click the connection's row. Alternatively, click the options menu icon () on the connection's row, and then click View details.

   For security purposes, secrets are redacted on the connection's details page. Secrets include usernames, passwords, API keys, and bearer tokens.

To edit a connection

1. In Admin Center, click Apps and integrations in the sidebar, then select Connections > Connections.
2. Find the connection in the list, click the options menu icon () on the connection's row, and then click Edit.
3. Modify the connection's credentials as needed.
4. Click Save.

To delete a connection

1. In Admin Center, click Apps and integrations in the sidebar, then select Connections > Connections.
2. Find the connection in the list, click the options menu icon () on the connection's row, and then click Delete.
3. Click Delete connection.
