    Hmm... I get an "Messages failed to load" error when adding the channel ID from the Admin Panel.

    Even the UI shows a "succesful update", the Console shows this error:

    Config could not be initialized
    UI.ConfigurationScreen:ConfigCouldNotBeInitializedEvent()
    ZendeskMessagingOperations:OnInitFailureEventHandler()
    Zendesk.Runtime.Messaging.<Initialize>d__10:MoveNext()
    System.Threading.ExecutionContext:RunInternal(ExecutionContext, ContextCallback, Object, Boolean)
    ...

    So with custom stuff something goes wrong (I do run the Advanced AI Generative Bot EAP if that helps)

    Thank you for trying the game, can you please explain which console you are talking about?

    if you can create a ticket with Zendesk support in your instance so we can look into this in more detail?

    Hey,

    I hooked up the iPhone to my Mac and checked the macOS Console Log to search error messages since the application didn't work. 

    Ticket has been raised for instance d3v-verschoren.zendesk.com

    Hello Thomas,

    I see from your screenshot that you have created an iOS Channel to test with.

    For the time being, the EAP version of The Zendesk SDK for Unity only uses the Android Channel in the Channel drop-down to create the channel for both iOS/Android.

    This will change after GA.

    Can you please create an android channel and try again (even in your iOS device/game)?

    Hello,

    I created an Android channel and connected a bot with Generative AI Bots EAP. I haven't received a single helpful response on the iOS or Android demo apps. What I do receive is a mixture of responses for when the bot doesn't understand the question and can't find answer to the question. They both have variants with the correct persona as configured from the EAP feature.

    I tired the same questions in the bot testing area and I did get some responses. Am I doing something wrong in configuration? Is this a channel limitation, an app issue, or an EAP limitation?

    It should not be a channel limitations.

    Have you tried this with Unity SDK or just iOS and Android?

    Unfortunately, I don't have an environment to test android or iOS SDKs. The app works well otherwise, in terms of flows and connecting to a human. The EAP works well when tested in Web Widget. So, perhaps the issue is not on your team. Thanks for your reply.
