If you have created a conversation bot, you can add or update an avatar image to align with your brand and bot persona.
Custom bot avatars will also appear in the proactive messaging admin experience when a bot is set as the responder. You must save the proactive message setting for the custom bot avatar to become visible in the end-user experience.
To add or update a bot avatar
- In Admin Center, click Channels in the sidebar, then select AI agents and automation > AI agents.
- Click Manage conversation bots.
- Click the name of the bot you want to update.
- In the The basics section of the Settings tab, drag-and-drop or click
to upload an image under Avatar.
The image can be a JPG, PNG, or GIF file and it must be smaller than 100KB. An image size of 50x50 pixels gives the best results. Simple, clear images that represent your organization (such as a logo or mascot) are recommended.
You can preview the avatar on the right and make changes if needed. Your image is automatically saved.
