    You can use the metric of reopened tickets in the tickets dataset in order to find this information.

    I think there is misunderstanding. I am looking for a way to see data in ticket updates dataset - where my filter will be tickets that were reopen. I thought of doing so by adding the metric for reopen tickets - is that the correct way?
