After some investigation we have determined that there is no impact to the Zendesk Z Bot Widget used to contact Zendesk Support and we are disabling the web form failover. The Z Bot Widget can be used to contact Zendesk Support normally at this time.

We are actively investigating an issue causing errors trying to connect to Zendesk Support via the Zendesk Z Bot Widget at support.zendesk.com. We are failing over to the web form and will provide additional updates as we learn more.
