We have rolled out a temporary fix for the regional network issue, which appears to have been caused by a downstream ISP provider in India. We have seen great improvements in connectivity for our users in India since the temporary fix has been implemented. We will continue to monitor the issue and will keep working with our network partner to address the issue. We will provide another update when this incident is fully resolved.

We are aware of Zendesk access issues for a small subset of users in India. Current indications point to a regional network issue and we are working with service providers to mitigate the issue. We will provide an update here when more information is available.
