Expected behavior: During this operation, customers may experience a brief period of less than 5 minutes where Sunshine Conversations will return HTTP code 500 errors. No messages will be lost during this maintenance.
What do customers have to do: If errors are received during the impact window (example illustrated in the screenshot below), customers will have to retry sending that message.
Why we're doing this: The Zendesk SunCo team is performing this work to shard our datastore for increased stability.
