About time period filters
Time period filters in Zendesk QA allow you to narrow down your search to conversations that occurred within a specific timeframe. Without a date filter, Zendesk QA searches through all your workspace's connections and their entire history. For example, if you started using Zendesk QA three years ago, a simple "Assignee" or "Conversation tag" filter will search through all conversations from the past three years.
Setting up time period filters
To set up a time period filter
- From Settings > Users and Workspaces, choose the workspace for which you want to set up a time filter.
- Click the Conversations icon, then click the three dots next to the filter you are adding a time filter to and choose Edit.
- Edit the filter setup by either:
- Adding one of the following Date conditions:
- Closed date
- Commented date
- Created date
- Updated date
- Reviewed date
- CSAT survey reply date
- CSAT survey sent date
- Last reply date
- Setting the fallback filter's value to a custom period to refine your search further.
