Receiving Zendesk QA notifications in Slack

Quick Look: Zendesk QA > Settings > Notifications

Integrate Zendesk QA with your Slack account to incorporate customer service feedback into your daily communications. This integration allows Zendesk QA to send conversation reviews and comments directly to your team members in Slack. Agents can receive notifications about new Zendesk QA reviews, replies, mentions, and disputes.

Admins and account managers can set up this integration.

To set up a Slack for Zendesk QA integration

1. In Zendesk QA, click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
2. Click the Settings () icon.
3. Under Account, click Notifications.

   If necessary, click the Sidebar toggle icon () to display the side menu.

   

4. Under Slack, click Add to Slack to set up your integration.
5. The Slack authorization page opens. Authorize the access request to add Zendesk QA to your Slack account.

After the access request has been authorized, your team members can start receiving notifications from Zendesk QA in Slack.

Note: Email addresses must match in both Slack and Zendesk QA for notifications to work.
