You can connect Slack notifications to QA to get conversation reviews, comments, replies, mentions, and disputes in your team chat. Admins and workspace managers can set it up, and each team member needs the same email in both apps for notifications to work. Team members can also choose which QA alerts they want to receive in Slack.
Integrate Zendesk QA with your Slack account to incorporate customer service feedback into your daily communications. This integration allows Zendesk QA to send conversation reviews and comments directly to your team members in Slack. Agents can receive notifications about new Zendesk QA reviews, replies, mentions, and disputes.
Admins and workspace managers can set up this integration.
To set up a Slack for Zendesk QA integration
- In Quality assurance, click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Click Settings.

Under Account, click Notifications.

- Under Slack, click Add to Slack to set up your integration.
- The Slack authorization page opens. Authorize the access request to add Zendesk QA to your Slack account.
After the access request has been authorized, your team members can start receiving notifications from Zendesk QA in Slack.
