Issue symptoms

I'm attempting to login to my Zendesk QA account. I keep being prompted to create a new account instead of accessing the one I was invited to. 

Resolution steps

The most likely reason you are unable to login to your account is because you are using a different login method than the one your Zendesk QA was set up with once you accepted the invite. It is also possible you are using a different email address. 

To find the email associated with your account

  1. Locate your Zendesk QA invitation in your email inbox.
  2. Click on the link provided in the invite to ensure you're logging into the correct Zendesk QA account.
  3. Make sure to use the correct login method (email & password, Google login, Slack login or SSO if available for your account).
