I'm attempting to login to my Zendesk QA account. I keep being prompted to create a new account instead of accessing the one I was invited to.
Resolution steps
The most likely reason you are unable to login to your account is because you are using a different login method than the one your Zendesk QA was set up with once you accepted the invite. It is also possible you are using a different email address.
To find the email associated with your account
- Locate your Zendesk QA invitation in your email inbox.
- Click on the link provided in the invite to ensure you're logging into the correct Zendesk QA account.
- Make sure to use the correct login method (email & password, Google login, Slack login or SSO if available for your account).
