This article describes how to connect Gorgias and Zendesk QA.
To connect Gorgias
- When signing up and are asked to connect your help desk, choose Gorgias from the list of integrations.
- Enter a name for your connection.
- Add your Gorgias subdomain.
Make sure you are logged into Gorgias. -
In Gorgias, enter your Zendesk QA authorization to access your account..

- Select the retention period for your data.
That's it. The last 24 hours of data will be synced from your Gorgias account. This may take some time depending on the options you selected and your conversation volume. Contact Zendesk Customer Support if you have any questions or need us to import older data.
If you want to connect more than one instance of Gorgias or another software, you can do so in Account Settings > Connections in Zendesk QA.

When connecting Gorgias, you can also set additional security options to stop specific information and conversations from being synced with Zendesk QA.
