Introducing the new Talk hold and wait music. We have listened to the feedback from our customers representing a wide variety of small through to large organizations. The question most often asked was: “When can you do something about this hold and wait music?” We’d like to thank you for your patience, the new music is now live.
This announcement answers the following questions:
What is changing?
Your default hold and wait music has been updated to a more upbeat yet calming sentiment, infused with a tinkling beat, and driven by the quiet strumming of an acoustic guitar.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Customer demand. Plus we just love this new music.
What do I need to do?
Nothing. The new hold and wait music is your default music. You can still upload your own customized music, see Managing outgoing greetings.
