In some cases, reviewers might want to skip a conversation in an assignment within Zendesk QA. To do this, they can either remove or replace a conversation in an assignment.
By default, Zendesk QA allows reviewers to remove conversations. You must turn on the setting to allow reviewers to replace a conversation.

To allow reviewers to replace conversations
- Click your profile in the bottom left corner, then select Users and workspaces.
- If needed, click the toggle sidebar icon.
- Under your workspace, select Assignments.
- Select Goal.
- Under Replacing conversations, select Allow reviewers to replace conversations while doing the assignment.
