Allowing reviewers to replace conversations in assignments

In some cases, reviewers might want to skip a conversation in an assignment within Zendesk QA. To do this, they can replace a conversation in an assignment.

You must turn on the setting to allow reviewers to replace a conversation.

To allow reviewers to replace conversations

1. In Zendesk QA, click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
2. Select Users, bots, and workspaces.
3. Choose your workspace
4. In Assignments, select your assignment.
5. Click Goal.
6. Under Advanced settings, turn the Allow replacing conversations (Reviewer and above) toggle on.
