This article describes how to replace or remove a conversation in an assignment within Zendesk QA. By default, Zendesk QA allows reviewers to remove conversations. Replacing or removing a conversation
To manage the quality of assignments, you may need to replace or remove conversations. Follow these steps to replace or remove a conversation:

- Check the conversation info panel on the right.
- Under Reviews, find the name of the assignment.
- Click the options menu icon () next to the assignment.
- Select Replace conversation or Remove conversation.
- Enter the reason for why you're replacing or removing the conversation.
- Select Replace or Remove conversation.
