How do I partially accept a dispute in Zendesk QA?

I don't fully agree with the dispute in Zendesk QA. How can I partially accept a dispute?

Answer

If you agree with only some of the disputed rating categories, select Accept dispute and change only the categories you agree with. Once done, the dispute shows as partially accepted. partially accepted dispute
