Issue symptoms
Agents cannot create end users and do not have access to the Customers page.
Resolution steps
To allow agents to view and add end users on the Customers page, they must have permission to access all tickets. Depending on your plan, you can grant access by following these steps:
- On the Professional plan or below, the agent profile controls the access. From Support, open the agent’s profile and under the Access field, choose All tickets.
- On the Enterprise plan or above, agent permissions are determined by custom roles. In Admin Center, click
People in the sidebar, then select Team > Roles. Scroll to the Tickets they can access section and allow the role to All within their brand membership, including those in private groups.
