Issue symptoms
Agents cannot create end users and do not have access to the Customers page.
Resolution steps
To allow agents to view and add end users on the Customers page, they must have permission to access all tickets. Depending on your plan, you can give access by following these steps:
- On the Professional plan or below, the agent profile controls the access and, in particular, the Access field > All tickets value
- On the Enterprise plan or above, agent permissions are determined by custom roles > End-user profile access
