Zendesk will perform critical maintenance which will impact performance for Sunshine Conversations customers on September 29 and October 12-13, 2024.

Customers Affected: Zendesk Sunshine Conversations customers on all Pods may experience messaging latency of up to 5 minutes at some time within the 24 hour maintenance window.

Expected behavior: During the maintenance window, Sunshine Conversations customers may experience a brief period of up to 5 minutes of latency, or some messages may return HTTP code 500 errors. No messages will be lost during this maintenance.

Please note that backend processes will still occur without issue, so you can expect email processes, API requests, and other such requests to function properly during these maintenance windows.
