Carousels as a type of rich messaging that is supported by our own scripts, so there are no specific limitations. However, for aesthetic reasons, it's generally good to not exceed more than three buttons per card.

Limitations

Must first implement the latest scripts to enable rich messaging in Salesforce.

    • Must be a valid http/https URL
  • Image Size
    • Must be smaller than 5MB
  • Image Format
    • Must be one of Salesforce's supported file types
  • Card Title
  • Description
