Every response made by a Generative replies block is registered in the conversation logs. It's necessary to understand if the AI agent correctly informed the visitors, to ensure a better customer experience. A way of verifying the generative reply is to "Share feedback" with us in order to validate the quality and accuracy of the response.
How to share feedback about generative replies
1. In Conversation Logs, click in + Add Filter > Generative replies and apply to only show conversations where the Generative replies used and Feedback not shared filters are set.
2. Choose a Conversation Log to analyze and Share feedback in the Response generated status row:
Depending on the response status of each Conversation Log, it's possible to share different feedbacks in the Share feedback pane:

Inside the Generative replies section in the Details pane, you can identify all information regarding the generative replies behavior, such as the Status, the Response, Feedback shared, the Context (task classification and Knowledge Search rule) and Citations.The feedback collected will be useful and helpful for our AI researchers to make improvements to generative replies.
