Every response made by an UltimateGPT (uGPT) block is registered in the Conversation Logs and it's necessary to understand if the AI agent correctly informed the visitors, to ensure a better customer experience. A way of verifying the uGPT response given whenever the uGPT block was triggered, is to "Share feedback" of the uGPT response with Ultimate, in order to validate the quality and accuracy of the response.
How to "Share feedback" of the uGPT responses?
1. In Conversation Logs, click in + Add Filter > uGPT and apply to only show conversations where uGPT is Used and Feedback Not Shared:
2. Choose a Conversation Log to analyze and Share feedback in the uGPT Response generated status row:
Depending on the uGPT response status of each Conversation Log, it's possible to share different feedbacks in the "Share Feedback" drawer:

Inside the uGPT row Details drawer, you can identify all information regarding the uGPT behaviour, such as the Status, the Response, Feedback shared, the Context (task classification and Knowledge Search rule) and Citations.
