Location: Admin Center > Account > Brand management > Brands
On accounts that support multiple brands, you can configure whether you want users to be able to access their support requests and service requests across all brands or only for the brand they're currently signed in to. This setting controls which requests are visible in the Requests list in each brand's help center.
To configure the visibility of requests for all brands
- In Admin Center, click
Account in the sidebar, then select Brand management > Brands.
- At the top of the page, click Manage settings.
- Select one of the following options for how users can view and manage their
requests:
- One brand: (Default) Users can only see their requests only for the brand they're logged in to.
- All brands: Users can see their requests from all brands.
- Click Save.
