Zendesk is pleased to announce that redaction suggestions, which are part of the Advanced Data Privacy and Protection add-on, can now detect personally identifiable information (PII) in Korean.

We’ve heard your feedback and we’re making this change to improve our language support in redaction suggestions.
What do I need to do?
No action is required. The new language will be automatically considered for future PII detections.
