We're excited to announce an update to the Generative AI Agent Tools dataset in Explore, bringing new metrics, attributes, and dashboard filters to enhance your analytics experience.

What is changing?

The Generative AI agent tools dataset now includes several new attributes and metrics to provide deeper insights into your tickets and agent activities. New attributes such as ticket channel, ticket assignee, ticket tags, ticket type, ticket brand, ticket form, ticket custom fields, organization name, ticket priority, ticket requester, and ticket problem ID have been added. Additionally, new metrics for agent comments per ticket and public comments per ticket have been added.

Alongside these dataset enhancements, the pre-built Zendesk AI: Generative AI Agent Tools dashboard has been updated to include two new filters: ticket channel and ticket assignee, giving you more flexibility to analyze your data.
