As a Support admin, you can manage your service catalog by viewing, editing, unpublishing, or deleting services. View a list of services for a quick overview, edit to update details, unpublish to temporarily remove a service, or delete it permanently if it's no longer needed. Remember, deleting a service is irreversible and affects related ticket forms and fields.
