Zendesk will perform critical maintenance which will impact performance for customers using Zendesk Sales (Sell) across all Pods on the 9th of September, 2025 during the times listed below.

Important: Zendesk Sales customers using any kind of email or core functionality will be impacted, based on the following maintenance dates and timings below
Customers Affected: All Email, Sales and Core Functionality of Zendesk Sales will experience a brief service disruption of up to 5 minutes at some time within the maintenance window

Expected behavior: The Communication Centre in Sell (Zendesk Sales) will not load and every Sales/Sell customer's interaction with anything related to the functionality of the email will be impacted, such as receiving/sending emails which can take longer or not happen at all. Other features that might be disturbed are: notifications, data export and import, file upload and sales pipelines automations.
Why we're doing this: The Zendesk Database team is updating databases for increased reliability and performance.
