How do mobile app users change their agent status?

At the moment, Zendesk doesn't support the update of the agent status through the Zendesk Support mobile app. To update your omnichannel status, log into the browser version of Zendesk.

The Zendesk Support mobile app allows agents to interact with messaging conversations already assigned. However, agents can't accept and action conversations from omnichannel routing directly in the app.
