Hello Team, 
Is there a way to add 2 columns on a table where 1 is 'Tickets' and the other is 'Tickets with certain tags'? As in the metrics, they are only 1 item (Tickets) but in the table, I want to split them into all tickets for 1 column and tickets with certain tags for the other column.

I'm trying to filter with the dates to get the number of open tickets within a time range (without filtering with created date or solved date), is this available ? 

Hello, 

I need to generate a Zendesk explore report for the number of open tickets per customer. The problem is that i always have to filter with the ticket created date, solved date, or update date. 
I just need to check daily the number of tickets for a customer (not filtering if they were created, closed or updated). 

One more thing, if 2 tickets were opened on a day and not solved, they should appear on the next day as they were not solved.

Can i use the live dashboard feature (near realtime) for any dashboard that I generate in normal dashboard tab ?
