Feature Request Summary:
To be able to attach comments from a different side conversation that is still within the same ticket.
Mode of Operation:
- We engage a partner we are integrating with and they ask for a feature enhancement or API change
- We engage Programming via a side conversation with details of the request from the original side conversation, removing the partner from the conversation, however, including his contact information
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
We can copy the information however:
- There is possible human error
- Extra clicks
- You would have to have 2 windows open because you cant be creating a side convo and toggle to the original conversation
