How to launch an application via trigger?

Hello.

I have an application that will be uploaded to Zendesk.

My question is - how to make a trigger - that will run this application once new ticket will be created?

Another question here - how to send the ticket number as a parameter into the application?

 

Using Javascript.

    The closest workaround we have that will integrate with a third party app via trigger or automation would be Webhooks. If you need to create a private application, this article would help.
