Configuring conditional fields

Hi,

I am configuring a form which end-users can use to request a quote. They need to specify name, height and size of the desired product. I want to add an checkbox 'Add another article', if checked these 3 fields need to appear again. User must have the possiblity to do this multiple times (some people ask a quote for over 10 products.

How do I configure the conditional field in this case?

    Hi Anneloes van Rensen,

    You're on the right track. You'll need to recreate the 3 fields (again and again) since Zendesk would look at the 3 fields as separate fields for each article.

    Also you'll need to recreate the "add another article" field in order to condition off it and surface the next set of 3.
