I received the following message in my Zendesk Support console:

“Messaging will be turned on for your account on August 20, 2024. Switch now to access the improved capabilities earlier. Find out more.”

 

Currently, I'm using the classic web widget with a "Contact Support" form embedded in my website, utilizing the HTML provided in the installation tab of the classic web widget.

 

My question is: Once I enable messaging, will I still be able to use my classic web widget as a "Contact Support" form, or will I be required to switch to chat or another type of messaging? It's crucial for me to maintain the existing "Contact Support" form we have in place.
