Require action from user before creating ticket In app chat

We have an in app chat (mobile SDK) and i want to configure the messaging so that the user needs to take action before a ticket is created. We are getting a LOT of tickets that have not information coming from the in app chat that I would like to get rid of. any advice?

Hi Linda! To do this, you will want to use our bot builder, which allows you to preconfigure messages that you want to ask your customers before starting a conversation. There's a good chunk of resources to go through there, but inevitably what you will be wanting to address this particular question is in the ask for details portion.
