I have 2 questions, checking if anyone could answer me.
- How can we get the title of the form to the payload so that it will create a case on CRM once a customer submits a request? We tried adding the ID of the Subject field (a default setting on zendesk) but it wasn't working.
- How can we hide the default description box? we do not need the below box but seems that there is no way we can get rid of it
