Unable to authenticate Zendesk Support SDK with JWT

I'm integrating the Zendesk SDK into our Android and iOS apps and we're seeing the Zendesk SDK return a 401 error when we try to identify via JWT. We've confirmed our JWT endpoint returns a 200 response with the correct parameters (name, email, jti, iat). Can you please check your logs and identify why Zendesk is not respecting our JWT?

      Hi Christopher Kennedy, I've checked this as we'd seen that issue in the past and this appears to be an issue with users that are definitely not support agents.

      Hi Matthew,
       
      Can you check your test really quickly to see if the email address is an agent or admin's email address in Support?  Authenticating as an agent will fail as expected.  Let me know once you confirm.
