    @... Currently, you cannot change the concierge area where the ratings are to included a custom link. You can choose to add the link to the pre-chat form greeting or you can set a Chat trigger to send it as the first message in a chat conversation. If aesthetically you want it in the UI fixed, you are best to look at building a custom widget using the Web SDK. 

    Chat does not support markdown or HTML rich text formatting. We have support for some structured messages in the context of a bot that you can look at here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022184394-Using-structured-messages-in-Zendesk-Chat
