Hey there, 

Are there plans for Zendesk to allow non-admins access to messaging settings, specifically the Answer bot?

We cannot make managers admins just to update the bot. Service managers need control over their content without requiring admin intervention.

I think the 'Read the docs' link under 'Read the messaging documentation' is wrong. It goes to Chat :)
